Return & Store Policy

Excellent Photo Video wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly do so, within the time frame and conditions mentioned below. This is part of Excellent Photo Video's satisfaction guarantee.

RETURN PERIOD | You may request a return within 15 days of receipt.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION | A return authorization is required for any online purchase. See the link bellow. Once your return has been approved, you have 10 days to ship / return the item back to us.
You will be in charge of sending back the unit, including shipping and any charges that may be attached to it. If the item is defective, shipping will be covered by Excellent Photo. If upon testing the item is not confirmed defective, you will be charged back for the return shipping.

ITEM CONDITION AND EXCEPTIONS | All Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and document included, unsused, in original brand-new condition, without any signs of use or damage. You may be charged a restocking fee if items have been turned on. Items with torn packaging cannot be returned. 

All returns will be subject to inspection (condition, serial number, etc.) If the return does not meet the Return Policy requirements, the item may be returned to you, or a restocking fee can be applied to the refund.

The following categories cannot be returned unless unused and sealed. If sealed, you may receive a store credit, at the clerk's discretion.

START A RETURN | To start a return, please click the link below and follow the instructions :

IN STORE RETURNS | Once you have your return authorization, you may drop your return at the store. The store will not process any refunds. Your return will be brought to the online department for processing. 

REFUND METHOD | Refunds will be issued to the order's original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card.

  • We offer Standard and Express Shipping Options on all standard weight items.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We ship with Canada Posts, FedEx or Purolator
  • Shipping is non-refundable if you return your order.

* Heavy items are not included in this offer and will show a shipping fee in your cart. Exceptions may apply to remote locations.

Please note that refused deliveries and unclaimed packages may be charged to the customer, unless the reason for the refused delivery is that the package was damaged in transit.
