Thank you for shopping with Excellent Photo! We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase.

In the event that you're not satisfied with your item(s), you may return your order* for a full refund within 15 days of receipt**.
Please note that clearance items are eligible for a store credit only.
Please note that refused deliveries may be charged to the customer, unless the reason for the refused delivery is that the package was damaged in transit. 
Once your return has been approved, you have 10 days to ship / return the item back to us.

Returns : the customer will be in charge of sending back the unit, including shipping and any charges that may be attached to it. If the item is defective, shipping will be covered by Excellent Photo. 

*All Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts included, in original brand-new condition without any defects and visible damages. Items with torn packaging that can not be resealed CAN NOT be returned. You must have the receipt of purchase for returns made at the store.

**In order to receive a full refund on items returned within the 15 days, all returns will be subject to inspection by Excellent photo for a return approval. If it does not meet our conditions the refund can be refused or a restocking fee will be charged.
