Order Availability
When looking at a product, if the “stock” line shows 'in stock', you are able to click the "add to cart" button and your product is ready to be shipped!
When an item is listed as a pre-order, it indicates that the product isn't currently in stock for immediate shipment. You can reserve it ahead of time, and it will be sent to you once it becomes available. This tag is typically used for new releases, enabling you to secure your purchase before it officially hits the shelves, ensuring you receive it promptly upon release.
Your card will be charged immediately when you place the order. You'll be added to our pre-order list, and once the item is in stock, it will be allocated to customers based on their position on this list.
When an item is listed as "Secure Yours," it means the item is currently backordered. You can reserve it before we restock. By ordering now, you guarantee that you will receive the product once it is available again.
When an item is listed as “Special Order,” it indicates that it's not regularly stocked by our company. However, we can order it for you upon request. These items are usually customized or less frequently purchased products. Ordering a special item typically entails longer wait times and requires a full payment in advance.

A special order item cannot be returned or canceled once ordered, as it is specifically requested for the customer. However, if the item is on backorder, you may reach out to us, and as long as it hasn't been shipped by the company yet, you might still be able to cancel it. Please ensure you are certain before placing a special order item to avoid any disappointments!
Shipping
We ship all over North America.
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You can have an estimation of your shipping cost by doing a simulation in your product's page.
We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals!
Orders placed before 1pm are usually sent out the same day. Other orders are sent out on the next business day. All orders are fraud-checked before they are sent out, which may result in small delays.
We ship out of Montreal, Quebec. So it depends on where you are located.
Orders sent to Quebec and Ontario will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Express would take 2-4 business days. Otherwise deliveries can take anywhere from 3-9 business days.
We pride ourselves in having your orders prepared and ready to be shipped out as quick as possible.

We use primarily FEDEX and Canada Post. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know.
We offer Free Shipping across Canada on orders over $99+ (under 5kg).
For an estimate of your shipping if your order is under $99, over 5kg or you want express, please go on your product page and click "Estimate shipping".
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping or pickup method. You will need to cancel and reorder, selecting the correct method when you place the new order.
Pick up in store
As our main stock isn't kept in the store, it usually takes up to 24 hours (and longer over weekends) for your item to become available for pickup. To avoid unnecessary trips, please wait for the confirmation email notifying you that your item is ready for pickup before coming to the store.
Product
Considering our prices are already some of the lowest in the market, price-matching is not something we offer.

Other
Items can be returned within 15 days.
Returns have to include the item in like-new condition, the original box, packaging, accessories, main item and included paperwork.
All returns will be subject to inspection to verify the serial number, as well as the customer's described problem with the item.
A restocking fee applies to returned items that have been opened and show signs of use. The restocking fee can range from 5%-40%, depending on the condition of the item.
If the returned item is defective, no restocking fees will be applied.
The return shipping isn't covered, unless the item is defective.
Some select items on our website are non-returnable, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.
The option is unfortunately not available. However, you may purchase gift cards using a first payment method, and use them to purchase your unit to combine it with a different payment method.
You can use Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, Dinners Club, Discover or JCB.
