Open Box - Condition Ratings

We do not buy/sell used products. All items that are labeled with a condition rating were sold brand new by us but returned within our return policy. We do not resell these items as brand new/unopened because they have been opened and slightly used. All items still carry a full manufacturers warranty when applicable. We use this system so that a savings can be passed on to our customers, and so that you can be confident in both the new and open box items that you are buying. All open box items have been evaluated and tested by our staff to ensure everything functions at 100%.
Open Box sales are Final Sales. 

Damaged Box  Item is 100% new, but the box was damaged while in transit.

Demo  Item was never owned, it was used for demonstration purposes only in the store.

10  Box was opened but item appears to be unused, everything looks good as new.

9  Shows little to no signs of use.

8  Shows little to moderate signs of use. May include minor scuff marks, or missing packaging materials such as a bag for the battery. Item is still very clean.

7  Shows obvious signs of use and pieces of packaging may be missing.
