How to claim your Canon lens cashback
- Buy an eligible lens. Purchase a qualifying new Canon RF or RF-S lens from a participating authorized Canadian retailer between September 4 and October 29, 2026.
- Keep your proof of purchase. Save your receipt or online order confirmation and have the lens serial number ready.
- Submit your claim online. Go to Canon Creator Lab’s cashback offer page and complete your claim by November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
- Upload the required information. Submit a clear photo or scan of your receipt or online order confirmation and enter a valid product serial number.
- Receive your cashback. After Canon verifies the claim, Canon states that the cashback will be sent by eTransfer within approximately 4–6 weeks.
Important: This is a manufacturer cashback offered and fulfilled by Canon Canada. It is not an instant discount applied at Excellent Photo checkout. Eligibility, approval, payment, deadlines and all other promotion terms are determined by Canon Canada.

Don’t miss the claim deadline
Your eligible lens must be purchased during the promotion period, but the cashback is not automatic. Be sure to submit your claim to Canon by November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. We recommend submitting your claim as soon as you have your lens, receipt and serial number available.
