It depends on our day-to-day productions. If you require your photos faster than our standard turnaround time (24hours), we offer a Rush service that comes with an extra charge. Give us a call before placing your order and we will see what we can do for you!

We do overall corrections to make the picture look more natural, if needed. We do it with density and color adjustment. You can write a comment on your order if you don't need corrections or specifications.

We can print JPEG or TIFF only.

.PNG, RAW FILES, .BMP, .PDF and .PSD files will need to be saved as JPEG's before being submitted to us for printing.

When you chose “Shrink to Fit” to avoid cropping (rather than a “Center” crop), a white border was automatically added to "fill in" the space that would have been cropped off. Shrink to Fit "fits" your image into the print size you chose without cropping any of your image. When ordering, you might have a green box that shows where the cropping is made. You can move that box to modify the cropping area.

To avoid these borders in the future, a Center crop must be chosen.

Avoid cropping entirely by selecting a print size that matches the ratio (shape) of your photo.

The print size you've chosen doesn't match the ratio (shape) of the photo you want printed, resulting in a crop.

The common reason is that your photo doesn't have enough pixels for the print size that you have chosen. Most photos from Facebook, Google, email, .. are often not a good choice. If you have the picture from a professional photographer, make sure that you have the high-quality digital files.

Please submit your files in either sRGB or Adobe RGB color space.

Printed pictures are always a little darker/desaturated then a screen. On paper, you don't have the light "behind" the picture as a screen must make it bright and super colorful. The colors will never be a perfect match because the image on your screen and the print from the printer use two different color sources.

Also, the color might be difference if you are looking under a yellow light, white light, blue light.
